Scheduling Co-Ordinator - Ringwood - From £24,000

Our Client is a well established and rapidly growing business based in Ringwood. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced co-ordinator ideally with some experience of scheduling engineers or diary planning. You will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic office environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working with the customer to arrange dates for their installation
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for surveyors and Installation teams.
  • Liaising with the fitting team on the day of instillation to confirm the work is complete
  • Work with the contracts team for final payments
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Record and upload relevant paperwork work on customer files

Skills & Attributes

  • You will need excellent IT Skills with a solid working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience as an schedular in an office environment
  • You will need to be exceptionally organised with attention to detail.

This is a full time role working 08.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch
