We currently have a great opportunity for a Scheme Administrator to join our Care Plus team at our Retirement Living Plus scheme in Cannock, Staffordshire.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role

As a Scheme Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the service within the Retirement Living Plus Scheme. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of administrative systems in relation to the delivery of support, training, recruitment, management of tenancies and financial systems for Care Plus.

You will working closely with other members of the Care Plus team and the wider Group to provide a high quality and cost-effective service. Typical duties will include booking and preparing rooms for meetings, keeping internal databases up to date with accurate and sensitive data, attending meetings and taking minutes and notes, using Microsoft packages to produce letters, emails and reports, as well as taking telephone and face to face enquiries and signposting enquiries in a timely manner.

The working pattern for this role will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am - 2pm.

Skills and experience required:

  • GCSE English or equivalent via experience
  • Previous office administration experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge and understanding of database systems
  • Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills
  • To be computer literate including Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
  • A commitment to and understanding of good customer service
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
