Permanent, Part Time (28 hours per week) (M, W, F – 9-3 & Tues & Thurs – 9-2)

Brannigan Court is a Retirement Living scheme consisting of 34 spacious one bedroom ground and first floor flats. The scheme is ideally situated in the heart of Northway with many local amenities within walking distance, there is level walking access to the shops and good transport links extremely close by for the short journey into the centre of Tewkesbury – a beautiful, quaint market town.

We are now seeking a Hybrid Scheme Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of our independent living scheme, supporting the delivery Managers, delivering an on-site housing management service that supports our residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment. Delivering health & wellbeing calls and a my time service to those that opt in to it as well as facilitating wellbeing activities.

You will routinely carry out health & safety, fire safety, warden call system checks and the like, ensuring both compliance and achievement of consistently high service standards, and identifying and managing risk including safeguarding, health & wellbeing and taking accountability for ensuring that appropriate actions are taken and controls are in place to manage the risk.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience of working in a housing environment or recent demonstrable experience of frontline customer service.
  • Good general IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and a willingness and aptitude to learn our in-house systems.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills, ensuring that all information is clearly represented and accurately captured.
  • A motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills, with a passion to deliver innovative services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate information clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and a wide range of contractors, external agencies etc.
  • Thinks practically and logically and produces high quality work, overcoming problems/issues to meet deadlines.
  • Delivers excellent customer service, including response and resolution of customer feedback and complaints with support from managers as required.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
