Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking School Administrators to work in primary schools located in Prescot. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage school databases and student records using SIMS (School Information Management System).
• Provide front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
• Assist with student enrollment, attendance records, and maintaining accurate pupil data.
• Support the administrative needs of school staff, including photocopying, filing, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events as required.
• Assist with the administration of examinations and assessments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a School Administrator or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
