The Governing Body of St Mary the Virgin Church in Wales Primary School is looking to appoint a Grade Senior Finance and Admin Officer.
We are a vibrant, diverse school that serves the wonderful community of Butetown and we are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised person with the necessary skills and attributes to join our team.
This is a key role within the school: including the dual responsibilities of finance and admin as well as you being the ‘face of the school’ (in person, on the telephone and by email), reflecting the values of the school in all of your interactions.
You will:
• Have wide experience and skills in financial management
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Have the ability to maintain focus, objectivity and sound judgement under complex conditions to achieve desired outcomes
• Effective ICT skills
• Be a team player with the ability also to work independently
• Be able to show flexibility to adapt to any situation that may arise
• Have resilience and the ability to deal with a range of challenging circumstances
• Have a commitment to work in our diverse Church in Wales Primary School
