This is a temporary position, covering a long-term absence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the school.
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, parents, and students, and provide excellent customer service.
- Student Records: Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, enrollment, and transfers.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Data Entry: Input data into school management systems.
- Support Staff: Assist teaching and support staff with administrative tasks.
- General Office Duties: Filing, photocopying, and organising paperwork.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
- Enhanced DBS Check: A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate is essential.
