Education and Skills - Building Bright Futures
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a School and Family Support Practitioner? Join our Education and Skills service and help improve outcomes that bring positive changes to the lives of children, young people and families in the context of Early Help.
We are committed to supporting families through working with schools at the earliest possible opportunity and testing new ways of working, so this is a great role for someone who is motivated not just by making a positive difference to families' lives but also by creativity and innovation.
As a School and Family Support Practitioner you will be working directly with schools and families taking a whole system approach to supporting family needs at an Early Help level. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key operational role in this multi-agency development and is an excellent chance to widen your experience in face-to-face delivery work and develop your skills in partnership and multiagency working.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners, who are experienced in face-to-face work with families and schools and are adept at delivering interventions. Your strong knowledge of school systems, coupled with a proven track record of tenacity and creativity, will drive engagement and facilitate positive change. Your commitment to ensuring voices are heard and making a difference in life chances is crucial. We seek individuals with a solutions-focused approach, demonstrating creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement for optimal outcomes.
The role is expected to be based mainly in schools in the east of Wiltshire (Marlborough, Pewsey, Tidworth areas)
