School Business Manager Summary:

• Roles involves overseeing the operational management of the non-academic aspects of the school, finance, human resources, administration, health and safety, estate and facilities management, information technology, marketing and fundraising
• Assume a strategic position in guiding, supervising and motivating the school's non-teaching staff members 
• Starting Salary is £40k+ 
• Must be willing to have or undergo an Enhanced DBS

The selected candidate will manage the schools support function through planning, developing, designing, and monitoring support and procedures such as Finance, HR and facilities management.
School Business Manager Requirements:

• Prior school experience in business management/operations roles
• A strong motivator, who is driven to achieve tasks with outstanding standards
• Experience working in a busy school environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience of Microsoft software
• Proficiency in collaborating with a diverse set of internal and external part
• Experience managing and supervising an organisation's reporting and budgeting, HR and administration
