The Governors wish to appoint a committed and highly motivated School Business Officer.
The post will involve managing operational activities in areas such as Finance, HR and Site Facilities as well as carrying out the clerk duties for the Governing Body. As the main contact for parents and visitors, the successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
The candidate will need to manage a demanding workload and prioritise their time effectively. They will need the ability to work both autonomously and also in collaboration with other staff within school, including the Senior Leadership Team.
They will have responsibility for line-managing a small team of hardworking support staff. Previous experience of working in a school is required, and qualifications in School Business Management would be an advantage.
