Ideally, the right fit for this role will of had experience working with SEND previously; Autism experience is preferred alongside knowledge of PMLD and other complex needs. Experience with medical administration and palliative care would be beneficial as some of the pupils require specialist care· Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate
