Title: School Caretaker

Responsibilities:
Ensure the school premises are well-maintained, safe, and clean.
Perform minor repairs and coordinate with contractors for major repairs.
Manage the opening and closing of the school premises.
Oversee the maintenance of school grounds and facilities.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and assemblies.
Monitor security of the buildings and maintain safety protocols.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform minor repairs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Must possess a valid child enhanced DBS certificate. Candidates with this certification can start immediately. those that don't - we can apply for your DBS
