Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the school estate.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of the school premises, providing a safe environment for all users.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks and address any building issues promptly.
- Site Supervision: Assume the responsibilities of the Site Manager in their absence, maintaining high standards of site supervision and resource utilisation.
- Enhancing Learning Environment: Contribute to the enhancement of the learning environment for students and staff.
- Day to day security of school site
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven background in building maintenance and/or a trade.
- Driving Licence: Ideally, possess a clean driving licence.
- Skills: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment: A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards in a school environment.
