Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, catering services, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in culinary arts and food service.
Duties:
- Help with catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up
- Assist in meal preparation including cutting, chopping, and cooking
- Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food handling
- Support the kitchen staff in various tasks related to food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and catering areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
