We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual for a School Data and Exams Officer position at a fantastic school in Croydon. As the School Data and Exams Officer you will take the lead on the planning and implementation of examinations across the school.
School Data and Exams Officer Summary:
- To provide all aspects of SIMS support for the administration of all external and internal examinations in the different exam series and to ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations.
- To be the nominated contact with examination boards and deal with all examination correspondence.
- Ensuring that the public examinations are ran smoothly, being the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis during the exam series, dealing with any emergencies efficient and correctly.
- Manage the examinations budget.
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal examinations.
School Data and Exams Officer Requirements:
- Previous Data and Exams experience.
- Knowledge and experience of SIMS.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Fantastic numeracy and literacy skills.
- DBS clearance
