Job title: School GDPR/Data Analyst 

Days/hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am until 4:00pm

Location: Rochester, Kent, ME2 

Job Description

Data and Reporting

• Working at one of our schools supporting their head office with GDPR and data systems.
• Reporting on all data held within the MIS Use MIS to record accurately all categories of students and report to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team for changes to the timetable, and to implement class list amendments.
• Prepare school systems for the coming academic year and perform student curriculum assignments.
• Produce statistical data and analysis as required.
• Input data accurately and efficiently in line with the academy assessment policy.
• Liaise with the Leadership Team in producing information to raise student achievement and inform whole school and individual student targets.
• Produce, analyse, and update student targets and assessment information as per assessment calendar.

Requirements

• • An appreciation of Data Protection/privacy issues.
  • A positive work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and organise workload.
  • Work with discretion in the handling of sensitive and personal data
  • Have excellent ICT skills
• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide a minimum of two professional references to cover the most recent 24 months of employment.
