YSA Education are currently recruiting for a HR administrator to start immediately for a school in Moseley.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Support the HR team in organizing employee training and development programs
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data in the system
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
-Must have experience working within a school
- Prior experience in an HR administrative role is essential
- SIMS Experience is essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
