SalaryCloudStone Education are recruiting for a leading school in the heart of Hammersmith and Fulham who are on the search for a HR Manager.
As HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the schools success by leading HR initiatives. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the team and contribute to the growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our culture and vision.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification Level 7 in HR or equivalent
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving positive change and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
