Energetic and resilient, you enjoy working at pace and are comfortable with complexity and uncertainty.

You have excellent communication and influencing skills and establish credibility quickly with staff at all levels. You are passionate about higher education and inspire your teams individually and collectively to deliver the best possible support for students.

About Student and Academic Services: From the first point of registration to graduation and beyond, our team of over 400 professional staff is committed to enhancing the student experience and ensuring that every student is able to make the most of the extensive opportunities available throughout their journey. This is enabled by working closely with all areas of the University, the Students’ Union and a wide range of external stakeholders.
