Salary: Scale 1: Points 2 to 3 (£25,854 - £26,238) Starting at point 2 Plus SEN Allowance £1,455 FTE

Actual Salary (pro rata) £4,932 per annum including SEN Allowance

Hours: 7.5 hours per week - term time only + INSET days

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming special school.

We are seeking to appoint School Meals Supervisory Assistants to join our vibrant and welcoming Trust at the Manor School Primary and Secondary sites.

Manor School provides an Ofsted-judged 'Outstanding' specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs and we have a clear and strong vision 'love, learn, laugh' which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging environment where pupils effectively learn.

The school is split across three sites in Brent: the Primary School is on Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise, the Manor School Early Years Centre (MSEYC) is on Bridge Road in Neasden and our Key Stage 3/4 provision - Wembley Manor - is currently situated on the edge of Newman Catholic College in Harlesden. We are recruiting for School Meals Supervisory Assistants at both the Primary and KS3/4 sites.

We are looking for someone:

  • To supervise children during the lunchtime break, this includes managing and supporting the children's play opportunities.
  • To work co-operatively and in close partnership with all SMSA colleagues.
  • To be vigilant and alert to all aspects of health & safety during this time.
