School Midday Assistant Required Immediately

Do you want to ensure children have a safe and happy lunchtime? We are looking to appoint a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join an enthusiastic and committed team in a outstanding school in Rochdale, starting with immediate effect.
Your duties will include:
Ensuring that all children are safe, happy and well behaved at all times
supervising children while they are eating lunch, encouraging good manners and supporting healthy eating,
making sure that children have an enjoyable break
Supervising and playing with children outside on the playground and in the classroom
Administering first aid
Generally ensuring that lunchtimes are a happy time for all involved and dealing with any issues in a positive and thoughtful way
Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references.
