School Minibus Driver Covering Exeter

We are wishing to recruit a School Minibus Driver. The role will include transporting pupils to and from school as well as pupils and staff on educational visits or sporting fixtures. 

You will be required to drive one of the school's five 17-seater minibuses or our 7-seater car. You should possess a clean driving licence, and be willing to undertake any necessary training, dependant on the types of vehicles your licence permits you to drive. You do not need D1 on your licence as our vehicles are “Minibus Lite”. The Trust will fund any training costs.

We operate bus runs to and from the Pinhoe, Cranbrook, Tithebarn and Westclyst areas early in the morning (commencing about 7:15am) and at the end of the school day. We are looking for a driver who can be available at both ends of the school day. 

Initially we are looking for someone on an ad hoc basis to cover absences and when additional needs arise, for example, when school trips take place, but we have a definite need for cover every Wednesday afternoon.
