As a School Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact based in the School Office for any external visitors, staff and students.
Knowledge of SIMS/Arbor software systems would be required in order to monitor absence, input data and generate reports. You will also have a number of general admin duties such as filing, booking meetings and other administrative tasks as and when needed. What you'll need to succeed?
- You will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- You will be friendly and be able to work well as part of a team and on your own, using your initiative.
- It is essential that you have recent administration experience ideally in a school or similar organisation.
