Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage administrative duties across the school
- Provide administration support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Oversee the daily operations of the School Office, including filing, photocopying, record keeping and communication
- Ensure compliance within all processes, including admission and recruitment processing and tracking school leavers
- Foster a positive relationship with all stakeholders, including parents, staff, visitors and outside agencies
- Inventory, track and purchase resources, including exercise books, stationary, play equipment, etc.
- Handle cash and financial systems. This includes tracking moneys paid for uniform purchase, school fees, trips, etc., and using a value-for-money approach when purchasing resources
- Assist in organising school events, including booking Parents' Meetings, working with transport companies and finalising trips and visits
- Implement, improve and develop efficient and accurate systems for administrative operating procedures

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about working with young children and has the skills necessary to ensure the smooth running of the school's administrative system.
