Academics are urgently recruiting for a Office Assistant to suport primary schools across Worksop and Bassetlaw.

This Office Assistant post involves:

• A flexible working pattern - varied between part-time or full-time vacancies
• Incentives such as refer a friend bonus schemes and employee of the month
• Taking and conducting both inbound and outbound calls
• The use of SIMS
• The use of Microsoft Office / general IT knowledge
• Conversing with both parents and staff members
• Supporting senior administrators

Training/ experience required for this post:

• Experience using systems such as SIMS and / or Scholar Pack
• IT knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and written skills
• Confidence on the phone
• A personable and confident approach
• References to detail your previous administrative experience
