We have an exciting opportunity for an individual, who is strategic, organised and enthusiastic, to join the team at West Hill School as the School Operations Lead to be part of our vibrant primary school.Start Date: September 2024
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week over 41 weeks per year- Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:00
The school office is the heart of our school. All children, parents and visitors are welcomed by the staff here and this is the team you will lead. Our school is busy and works as it does with kind and values-led staff which is needed as you provide the important help to our families and the team.
This role is critical and supports the effective running of the school. Working closely with the Principal and the Leadership Team you will have the opportunity to shape the most effective support that our families and children need. You will be the first point of contact with our Trust wide Partnership Services that provide the HR, Estates, IT and Finance Partners for each setting.Previous experience in schools would be advantageous and your skills in harnessing technology to support efficiency will be a key focus as you consider the systems and structures. All roles in our school do support children on a daily basis, as a key member of the Safeguarding Team you will provide additional advice and guidance as required. This part of the role will come with full training.
