An esteemed American school in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead our K-12 school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in American schools and must be KHDA-approved. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned educational leader to make a significant impact on our school.

Position: Principal
School Type: American Curriculum, K-12, Mixed 
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational management for the entire school.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic achievement, character development, and overall student well-being.
• Implement and enhance the American curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Recruit, develop, and support a highly qualified faculty and staff dedicated to delivering quality education.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the wider community to create strong partnerships and maintain open lines of communication.
• Oversee school administration, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment that embraces diversity and encourages student engagement and active learning.
• Stay abreast of educational trends, research, and best practices to continually enhance the school's academic programs.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Education or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal or in a senior leadership role within an American curriculum school.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the American education system and curriculum.
• Must be KHDA Approved
