School Receptionist

Think Office Recruitment currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced School Receptionst to support with TEMPORARY cover for a reputable school in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Purpose

To assist in the provision of a high quality administrative service to the School. As part of the main school office team, the Receptionist will greet visitors, parents and pupils in person or on the telephone and also undertake general clerical duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a School Receptionist your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school
Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
Responding to emails
Letters to parents
Typing of letters and memos
Filing, faxing and photocopying
Dealing with parents and pupils

This is a temporary opportunity, the successful candidate will be available immediately have experience of Administration within the education sector and hold an enhanced DBS.
