School Site Manager

Moxi are recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of a secondary school in Salford.
This role is permanent, offering salary from £27,334-£29,269 per annum, working 36 hours per week across the full year.
The role is responsible for all site management, on a site that is 10 years old and has been maintained to a high standard. You will also be responsible for management of two caretaking staff. You will work as part of the wider school community to ensure the school is a great place to be.
Responsibilities include security, maintenance, minor repairs, liaison with contractors and suppliers, undertaking regular checks and monitoring of the premises, and ensuring cleaning and decoration is maintained to current high standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
School maintenance experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience of liaising with contractors
Strong eye for detail.
