Position          Schools and Groups Administrator

Permanent.     40 hours over 5 days

Salary              £24,000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Schools and Groups team.

We are looking to appoint someone to support the School and Groups Coordinator to achieve annual financial sales targets, through School and Group visits to UKSA. Lead on all administrative tasks across both the booking process and visits to UKSA. Provide excellent customer service to School and Group contacts, supporting the development of existing and new relationships with UKSA. 

Key roles:

  • Liaising with Schools and Groups to ensure pre-visit information for all visiting students is completed and shared. Creating individual operational packs, containing pre-visit information to ensure a safe, compliant, and enjoyable visit for all students.  
  • Working closely with all relevant internal teams to ensure they have the information they need to plan and deliver the visit to UKSA.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to Schools and Groups at all times. Proactively providing information and support to ensure a positive experience with UKSA, building rapport with new and existing Schools and Groups
  • Updating systems in a timely manner with all relevant activity, visit information and data. Ensuring records are well maintained and accurate.
  • Representing UKSA at relevant external events and visits, providing information to promote UKSA and support future bookings. In addition, facilitating site visits for teachers.
