Science Teacher - Job Responsibilities;
- Assist the Head of Science in the strategic planning and management of the Science department.
- Support and mentor Science Teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative Science teaching strategies and resources.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Science lessons that engage and inspire students.
- Monitor and assess Science Teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to promote cross-curricular initiatives and projects.
- Lead and coordinate extracurricular Science activities and events to enrich the learning experience for students.
