Position:Science/Maths Teacher
Location: Redditch
Contract: Full-time in term time
Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in both science and maths subjects to secondary school students.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and department heads to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Utilise available resources and pre-planned lessons to effectively convey complex scientific and mathematical concepts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students to facilitate their academic progress and personal growth.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification is desired.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science and maths education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
