Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic lines to take and approach planning documents for topics of media interest.
- Conduct meetings with various teams to capture and support engagement activities.
- Take the lead in migrating our contacts database to MailChimp for enhanced communication efficiency.
- Promote and enhance direct communication channels to stakeholders.
- Provide support for communication and engagement planning and delivery for various projects and initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
Self-starter and Confident Communicator: Demonstrate the ability to initiate tasks independently and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders.
Adaptability and Quick Comprehension: Proven ability to rapidly comprehend information about new scientific topics and produce content in a variety of styles based on that information.
MailChimp Experience: Previous experience with MailChimp would be advantageous.
Detail-oriented: Possess a strong eye for detail in both personal and others' work.
Scientific Background: Successful candidates will have relevant experience and qualifications from a biological or scientific background.
