This role is integral to authorising work in alignment with industry standards and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and authorising gas engineering work in compliance with SCO 1 & 2 standards
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per project standards
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to clarify technical specifications
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Participating in project planning and review meetings
Job Requirements:
- Competent in SCO 1 and SCO 2 standards and practices
- Strong background in gas engineering within the Oil & Gas sector
- Capability to be listed on the National Grid database for authorising work
- Excellent understanding of industry safety regulations and best practices
