nOur client, a successful screening and background checking services company, are looking to expand their friendly and close-knit team with a Screening Administrator Apprentice. You will become a valued member of the business and provide important support and service to clients and candidates.
nThe ideal candidate will have a background in any Customer Service role, and should be punctual, self-motivated and passionate about learning.
nThis is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable office experience and earn a Level 3 Business Administration qualification as you earn!
n nResponsibilities of a Screening Administrator Apprentice

- The successful candidate will join our established and dynamic team and be responsible for processing screening requests in a timely and professional manner. n
- Provide quality customer service by telephone and email. n
- Always maintaining confidentiality. n
- You will have close contact with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process n
- Prioritise and manage your workload according to the demands of the business n
Skills / Experience

- A background in Customer Service would be advantageous n
- Punctuality and hardworking n
- Passionate learner n
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal n
- Will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively n
Job Title: Screening Administrator Apprentice
nApprenticeship: Business Admin Level 3
nLocation: Hove
nSalary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
nFull Time: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:000pm (37.5 hours per week)
