Our Screening AdministratorWill act as an integral part of the HR Team offering support to the wider business on all Screening Administration matters. The role of Screening Administrator will provide the opportunity to take ownership of the Security Screening process and be able to share knowledge and best practice at all levels within the Company. This role would be perfect for someone who is process driven and methodical who thrives on working quite autonomously and enjoys problem solving and getting into the detail of processes to ensure nothing is missed.Requirements Coordinate and complete the Security Screening process throughout the Group. Completion of Home Office Clearance for all Engineers ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate any outsourced Security Screening to ensure progress is being made. Submit all electronic DBS Applications via the online portal. Ensure processes and deadlines are met through chasing up required information and escalation to management if necessary. Support in ensuring the HR Inbox is kept at a manageable level with all queries responded to within a 24-hour period. Completion of all Customer specific clearance requirements. Management of processing all new starters on the Employee Portal, Blink and Natural HR, ensuring all colleagues are added with the correct permissions. Manage room booking requests. Issue Birthday cards to all MFSG Employees in line with their Birthday. Ownership of the long service scheme and to issue the long service awards in line with the Employee long service anniversary. Provide ex-employee references as and when required. Liaising with the Payroll team to provide new starter documentation and to ensure an effective working relationship is maintained. Production and issuing of Company ID badges for employees and subcontractors when required. Supporting the HR Department with any ad hoc duties and projects when required.
