Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of our orthopaedic products.
- Clinical Support: Collaborate with healthcare teams during surgeries to assist with the proper application of orthopaedic devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site support.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our orthopaedic product portfolio, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and updates.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administration.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our orthopaedic solutions.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and communicate it to the product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Qualifications:
- Medical Background: A background as a Scrub Nurse with experience in orthopaedic surgeries is essential.
