Scrub Nurse

An exciting opportunity for a Theatre Practitioner / Scrub Nurse to join a welcoming team in Bath. This full-time Scrub Nurse role comes with a salary up to 42k and excellent benefits including up to a 10% sign on bonus!
The clinic you will be working in has undergone an exciting transformation with new theatre facilities installed in 2023 and upgraded patient-facing areas. It is an excellent time to join the hospital and be at the forefront of its exciting new chapter in delivering first-class care to the local community.
To give you an idea of how this Scrub Nurse role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care
• Assist in the delivery of patient care
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and yourself
• Apply and promote best evidence-based practice within your scope of practice.

To apply, you will need to be a practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration. Scrub experience. An SFA qualification is desirable. You will also require the following:

• ILS Mentorship qualification
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
