As Scrum Master you’ll be responsible for establishing and leading two DevSecOps squads. You will act as a coach and facilitator supporting and guiding teams through the Scrum framework ensuring successful and efficient ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum and agile adoption;
• Planning and advising Scrum and agile implementations within the organization
• Working with our product team to find and define techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
• Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment;
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.

For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
