Seasonal Animal Rescue Officer Fife & Central

The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s only all animal emergency service, is currently recruiting Animal Rescue Officers to be based in Fife and Central and covering the surrounding areas. This is a fixed term positions for a period of 6 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the thousands of abused, abandoned and injured animals rescued by the Scottish SPCA each year.

The successful applicant will have practical experience of working with animals, a keen interest in animal welfare and excellent customer care skills. In addition, a good geographical knowledge of the area or the ability to attain this quickly is essential. Candidates must also have a full UK manual driving licence.

This position will be working an average of 7 days out of 14 on a rota basis to include weekends, working 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 7.30am and 11pm.
