Are you passionate about Ecology and Botanical work?This is a seasonal role expected to last up to a period of 6 months whereby you’ll support our Ecologists in undertaking surveys to inform Ecological Impact Assessment / Impact assessment for EIA and surveys to inform AA / HRA reporting. The types of surveys that you’ll get exposure to include bat, habitat and/or bird surveys.
You’ll assist with the preparation of different high-quality ecological reports in accordance with conservation legislation and protected species licensing. This will include the collation of field survey data and maps within specified timelines.
You’ll also support with ecological projects from inception to completion, delivering ecological projects on time and within budget and providing support to the Project Managers, Senior Management and other teams with administration, client liaison and project management as required.
This is a really exciting and varied role that will include some occasional night work due to the nature of some of the surveys being undertaken.
