As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Chef de Partie, responsible for a section in the kitchen and the production of delectable dishes, serving stylish modern food in a relaxed but fast paced environment. Your talent will ensure our guests have the best dining experience in our Restaurant.

You will have the opportunity to work at our exceptional dining experiences, including the Wild Kitchen.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
• Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
• Attention to detail, efficient and responsible
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts and the desire to progress in this field

Shift Pattern:

• This position will be working any 5 out of 7 days a week.
• Your hours will typically consist of: 09:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00.
• This contract ends on the 30th October.
• Potential opportunities for a permanent positions.
