Second Chef

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Second Chef to join the team at The Norfolk Royale, Hotel.
Second Chef working hours:
As a Second Chef you will work 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts. With an hourly rate of £14.20 – Regardless of age from April 2024.
Being a Second Chef:
In order to be successful as a Second Chef, it is essential that you have previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen or similar role within a hotel environment. You will have a high level of food hygiene and health and safety knowledge, you will have a passion for food and for customer satisfaction. Experience of stock controlling, rotation and labelling is essential. It would be desirable for you to possess a food hygiene certificate at level 2 but if not be willing to undertake the in-house training.
