We are seeking an experiencedSous Chef to join our team in a staff serving breakfast and lunchat a well establish electronics company.
As Sous Chef, youwill play an important role in overseeing the daily operations ofthe kitchen.

Job description
To besuccessful in this role, you should have a passion for cooking andexperience cooking world foods with a deep passion for Koreancuisine to lead our kitchen team.

Duties:

  • To supervise kitchen staff and to encourageself-development
  • To produce and presentconsistent high standards of food
  • To understandthe business needs and requirements
  • To deputisein the absence of the head chef to ensure that standards aremaintained to the highest level
  • To assistmaintaining all legal health, hygiene and safetyrecords
  • Ensure the highest standard ofcleanliness is maintained within thekitchen
  • Assist the development of the kitchenstaff
  • Input of new ideas and food styles toassist in maintaining customersatisfaction
  • Liaise with head chef to ensurethat all work is carried out efficiently and to the correcttimescales

Skills &Experience


The experience and knowledgewe are looking for from the future Sous Chef include:

  • Experience in producing a high volume, yetcreative and fresh, food offering.
  • Up to datewith current food trends and diningscene.
  • Ability to creative a motivated and funworking environment.
