The role and what we are looking for
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring Second in English to support our Director of English and Head of English in our high-flying English department. The successful candidate will be required to develop teaching and learning in English across either KS3 or KS4. The exact responsibilities are negotiable and can be discussed at the interview depending on your skill set.
We are looking for someone who is fully on board with the academy vision, ready to take on ownership of establishing and maintaining great practice, effective data evaluation, and innovating our English offer. This role will involve responsibilities and experiences which will provide excellent preparation for those aspiring for to be a Head of English in the future.
