Secondary Maths Teacher

Job Title: Maths TeacherLocation: Leeds LS29Contract Type: Full Time/Long TermStart Date: ImmediatePay Scale: 130-200 per day.Mathematics Teacher required for a Secondary School in North Leeds who are looking for someone to cover within their Maths department. This position is to start immediately, and you will be required on a full-time basis until then end of term (at least).
This is a vacancy cover so offers the potential for a permanent appointment.To be considered for this position you must be able to teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 with strong curriculum-based experience. We need someone that is committed to developing student’s ability and talents by keeping lessons engaging.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive Maths lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.Employ various teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.Evaluate and assess students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their mathematical skills.Identify students who require additional support and develop appropriate strategies to address their individual needs.
