Reed are recruiting a Pastoral Manager for a secondary school in Bradford. As the Pastoral Manager you will work closely with the Safeguarding Team and Assistant Principals for each Key Stage and Heads of Year.
The successful Pastoral Officer candidate will be a role model for students, maintaining high expectations of all learners. The Pastoral officer will create positive relationships with students, and parents and carers, in order to provide high quality targeted support for students.
The Pastoral Officer will understand the ethos and principles of restorative practice, be practiced in coaching and mentoring, and will be effective in designing, delivering and monitoring student intervention.
