Salary- Location: Secondary School in Boston
- Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)
- Salary: Competitive £90-£120 per day depending on experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant Secondary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the usual teacher. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent after a 12-week period, and an immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:- Supervise classes and ensure that students complete the work set by the absent teacher.
- Maintain a positive learning environment, manage classroom behaviour, and uphold school policies.
- Provide feedback on student behaviour and any issues that arise during cover lessons.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
- Organise and manage classroom resources and materials.
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the school.
- Proven experience in cover supervision within a Secondary School setting.
- Perfect for ECTs wanting to gain more classroom experience.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent classroom management abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A current DBS on the update service is essential; however, assistance with the application can be provided via REED if necessary.
