Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Effectively manage the learning environment, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere for students.
Adaptability: Quickly adjust to different teaching environments and student needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning experience.
Communication: Maintain open communication with school staff, fellow teachers, and students to ensure a smooth and collaborative teaching environment.Assessment: Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records as required by the school.
Requirements:
Teaching Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to take on both part-time and full-time assignments based on availability and school requirements.
Experience: Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different subjects, year groups, and teaching styles.
Enhanced DBS Check: All candidates must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
