Secretary and Adviser to the Interim Support Scheme (FTC)

We are recruiting for a temporary Office administrator for a an educating charity on nutrition . You will be providing day to day administration support to the science and education team.
Fully office based
The Role
Answering phones, supporting the Science and Education teams with printing, event planning, meeting and greeting guests
Forwarding financial invoices and expenses to our accounts team, and any other office support needed by the team.
The Candidate
2/3 years office administration experience
Reception
Events support
Excellent MS Suite skills Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
