Secretary / Personal Assistant

Segrave & Partners LLP are offering this secretarial position on a part-time basis for up to 12 hours per week. This role is varied and experience in an accountancy firm is preferred, but not essential.

- General typing and audio typing

- Liaising with clients and HMRC

- Online filing of annual confirmation statements with Companies House

- Completion of online statutory forms with HMRC

- Dealing with company formations and maintain company statutory books

- Maintaining client database

- General administration including photocopying, scanning, filing and e-mails.
